Enterprise services

Scale global operations while keeping enterprise control

Available through standard SaaS, system OEM, customer-controlled cloud, local deployment, custom development, and open API access, scoped around business, permission, security, data, technical, and operating requirements.

DIRECT ANSWER

Choose a delivery boundary, then confirm extension scope

Standard SaaS, system OEM, customer-controlled cloud, and local deployment solve different ownership and operating requirements. Custom development and API access extend the connected workflow after requirements, permissions, technical boundaries, and delivery responsibility are confirmed.

DELIVERY & EXTENSION OPTIONS

Six options with explicit responsibility boundaries

01

Standard SaaS

For teams that want faster activation and Smart BIAI-managed updates and operations.

Accounts · roles · workflow baseline
02

System OEM

A branded system experience scoped for groups, service providers, or internal operating platforms.

Branding · modules · responsibility
03

Customer-controlled cloud

Deployment into a cloud environment controlled by the customer after technical and security assessment. This label alone does not imply every private-deployment condition.

Cloud boundary · data · operations
04

Local deployment

Deployment to customer-controlled local infrastructure after environment, delivery, update, and support assessment.

Infrastructure · delivery · maintenance
05

Custom development

Requirements can be assessed, developed, tested, and accepted separately around the enterprise's global business workflow. Custom work is not presented as a standard product capability before delivery.

Requirements · development · acceptance
06

Open API access

Current API support covers social account queries, cloud video synchronization with Smart BIAI, and immediate short-video publishing. Permissions, rate limits, platform scope, and access method are confirmed per enterprise plan.

Account query · cloud video sync · immediate publish
ASSESSMENT FLOW

Turn deployment requirements into a reviewable plan

  1. 01

Confirm operating objectives, account scale, platforms, and teams

  2. 02

Define data scope, authorization, storage, and regional-processing requirements

  3. 03

Review integrations, deployment environment, security, and responsibility boundaries

  4. 04

Confirm delivery scope, implementation plan, acceptance criteria, and support

CURRENT BOUNDARY

Capabilities confirmed separately

SSO and a complete multi-role, multi-level enterprise approval workflow are not currently provided as standard capabilities. Customer-controlled deployment, integrations, migration, service levels, and update responsibility are confirmed per project and must not be inferred from a delivery label alone.
