What is Smart BIAI?
Smart BIAI is an enterprise AI social operations platform built around three core capabilities: AI video creation, global social account and content operations, and an Agent that uses enterprise context and authorized data to prepare analysis, strategy, and confirmable tasks.
The hard part is not publishing one more post
As markets, accounts, content, and teams grow, isolated tools create more handoffs instead of a repeatable operating system.
Localized content never stops
Multiple SKUs and markets require a continuous supply of localized video, not isolated creative projects.
Accounts and assets stay fragmented
Accounts, assets, permissions, and operating history become harder to control as teams and agencies expand.
Cross-timezone execution is fragile
Timezone, platform specifications, publishing status, and retry paths must remain visible at scale.
Reports do not become actions
Teams need to connect performance data, operating context, and human judgment to the next testable action.
Three core capabilities. One operating loop.
Each capability can be used independently or work together from analysis and creation to distribution and review.
Make global marketing video grow at scale
Start from product links, text, or source assets and produce video, multilingual localization, and branded variants for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook at scale.

Scale global marketing video production
For enterprise teams serving multiple SKUs, markets, and languages, this scenario turns product links, text, images, or source footage into a repeatable AI video workflow while preserving human confirmation of asset rights, brand quality, and platform requirements before distribution.
↗02Govern global social accounts and content
For enterprises managing multiple platforms, countries, brands, teams, or service providers, this scenario uses official authorization to centralize account ownership, organizational groups, team permissions, content-asset scope, and operating logs—reducing risks from password sharing, uncontrolled access, and unclear asset boundaries.
↗03Distribute content across markets and timezones
For enterprise teams publishing continuously across countries, platforms, and accounts, this scenario configures tasks by account timezone, publishing time, cadence, asset scope, and reuse rules, previews targets and validates platform requirements before execution, and tracks success, failure reasons, and retries.
↗04TikTok Shop content operations
For enterprise teams organizing product content and shoppable video across multiple TikTok Shop markets, this scenario uses read-only product and order synchronization as the content baseline, manages products in account showcases, and publishes reviewed shoppable videos to the corresponding accounts. It does not replace inventory, pricing, fulfillment, or order ERP.
↗05Analyze global social data and diagnose operations
For enterprise teams identifying anomalies and growth bottlenecks across account, content, audience, view, and engagement data, this scenario defines account, time, permission, and synchronization scope, separates authorized data facts, system records, public information, and AI inference, and turns findings into strategies and task drafts for confirmation.
↗06Manage and distribute multilingual short-drama versions
For content teams with prepared multilingual short-drama versions, episode assets, covers, titles, and publishing copy, this scenario organizes assets by series and language, supports single or batch upload, episode recognition, and Excel adjustments, and creates continuous distribution tasks by account, episode range, start time, interval, and daily volume.
↗Global operations at measurable scale
During 9–15 August 2026, a standard SaaS customer operated 5,000 accounts across four platforms and 35 countries. The case demonstrates documented operating scale and does not attribute results solely to the product.

What is an enterprise AI social operations platform?
An enterprise AI social operations platform connects content production, global account and asset governance, rules-based distribution, operating analysis, and next actions in one controlled workflow. It is neither a standalone generation tool nor an unattended automation system.
Read guide →GUIDE · 02How enterprises build a scalable AI video production workflow
Enterprise AI video production is not simply a large prompt batch. It starts by standardizing assets, brand rules, and quality criteria, then turns templates, models, task settings, human review, localization, and distribution handoffs into a repeatable workflow. AI compresses repetitive production time while teams retain creative, factual, rights, brand, and publishing judgment.
Read guide →GUIDE · 03How global enterprises govern social account portfolios
Global social-account governance begins with ownership, authorization, visibility, asset boundaries, and accountability—not account volume. A practical approach starts with an account register and risk baseline, applies least privilege by organizational responsibility, and continuously reviews authorization lifecycle, asset reuse, and operating logs.

These answers follow the current product-page baseline. Exact availability may vary by platform, account type, region, authorization, and plan.
Open the help center →01What can 1,000 credits cover?+
Eligible new self-serve accounts may receive 1,000 credits. Under typical settings, this may cover approximately 10 AI-generated videos or up to approximately 50 basic remix, translation, and selected video-processing tasks. Actual credit consumption, validity, and applicable scope are governed by the in-product rules.
02Do we submit platform passwords?+
Smart BIAI does not require you to submit your social-platform password. Depending on the platform and function, accounts are connected through official OAuth/API authorization, platform-issued tokens, or controlled sessions. Related tokens, sessions, and configuration are encrypted and managed according to the applicable workflow. Available permissions, validity, and connection methods depend on platform rules, account type, region, and the scope granted by the user.
03How is Smart BIAI Agent different from a general AI assistant?+
General AI assistants mainly use conversation context and general knowledge. Within permission scope, Smart BIAI Agent combines enterprise materials, authorized social data, Smart BIAI system records, and public information while showing data scope, sources, and AI inference.
04Will the Agent publish content automatically?+
The Agent does not skip user confirmation. It first prepares a strategy, script, or task draft and shows target accounts, platforms, content, timing, volume, and potential consumption. Batch execution, resource consumption, or external publishing proceeds only after user confirmation and only within the currently available and authorized scope; this is not a full enterprise approval workflow.
