The Smart BIAI official website is operated by the entity registered in Chinese as 广州新彼岸科技有限公司. Contact biz@biaibiai.com or use this page’s privacy request form to exercise your rights or ask a privacy question.

Information we process
We may process the name, contact email, organization, request type and details you submit, plus optional phone, location, budget and timeline information. A privacy request may also contain its type, verification material and handling record. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, passwords, API keys, health data or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Purposes and legal grounds
Contact and privacy-request information is used to respond to your request, take steps before a contract and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics is used only with permission to improve the site. Security and audit information supports abuse prevention, troubleshooting, access control and system security. Visiting the site is not treated as consent to every purpose.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics
Necessary local storage remembers privacy choices, while session storage maintains an anonymous visit. Optional first-party analytics is off by default and refusal does not restrict access. It records query-free page paths, referrer domains, campaign parameters, clicks and form stages—not raw search terms, form text, contact details, raw IP addresses or full external URLs. A GPC signal is treated as a refusal of optional analytics.

Automated routing and human review
The admin system may classify requests, detect duplicates or spam, score priority and recommend an owner. These signals improve routing only; they do not automatically determine pricing, contracting eligibility or another legal or similarly significant outcome. You may request human review.

Location and recipients
The planned production environment uses Alibaba Cloud services in China (Hangzhou), including SAE, RDS, OSS, SLS, ACR and necessary key and backup services. OSS stores public static assets only, not contact or privacy-request data. Access is limited to authorized staff and recipients required by law or a dispute. We do not sell personal information or provide it for a third party’s independent marketing.

Retention
Ordinary business leads are kept for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction; privacy-request records for three years after closure; anonymous consent records while the current choice remains valid and for three years after that choice is replaced or withdrawn; optional analytics for 13 months; abuse and security records for 90 days; admin audit logs for 12 months; and encrypted rolling backups for no more than 30 days. A legal obligation or dispute may require limited extended retention.

Your rights
You may request access, a copy or export, correction, deletion or anonymization, restriction or objection, consent withdrawal, and human review of an automated classification. We first perform appropriate identity verification and use 30 calendar days after receiving a complete, verifiable request as our internal target, subject to applicable law.

Security, restriction and backups
We use HTTPS, access controls, least privilege, log minimization, encryption and audit measures. When restriction is approved, ordinary follow-up and analytics stop and access is limited to verification, legal retention or dispute handling. A deleted copy may remain in encrypted rolling backups for up to 30 days and be used only for disaster recovery.

Children
This business website is not directed to children under 14. A minor should not submit personal information without a guardian’s consent. If information is collected by mistake, we will verify the circumstances and delete or restrict it as required. A higher local age threshold applies where required.

International visits and external links
Information submitted by an overseas visitor is transferred to and stored in mainland China (Hangzhou). At initial launch, Smart BIAI does not actively target the EU or EEA with localized marketing. Third-party platforms, social links and the separate Smart BIAI product platform apply their own privacy terms after you leave this site.

Updates and complaints
Material changes will update the policy version and, where required, trigger renewed consent. Contact us through the form or biz@biaibiai.com first. You may also complain to a competent privacy, cybersecurity or other regulatory authority.
